Rotary Radio Auction Rules

There are 6 lots for callers to bid on – Lot A, B, C, D, Special Lot, and Web Lot
Timing:

Lot A – 1 pm – 2 pm

Lot B – 2 pm – 3 pm

Lot C – 3 pm – 4 pm

Lots D, Special Lot and Web Lot  4 pm – 5 pm

 

Bids can be made at any time on any lot that is open.  To avoid congestion on the phone lines, there are only 5 phone lines, phone operators can only give out information on a maximum of 3 items.

Buys the last 10 minutes of Lot A, B, C, D, bids must have at least $2 increment increases.  At any time, all bids on these lots must be at least $1 increment increases.

Special lot bids must be at least $5 increment increases.  During the last 10 minutes of the special lot, bids must be at least $10 increment increases.

Winning bidders will be called after each lot closes.

 

Items can be picked up at Lakeview Inn and Suites – St. Peter Avenue at the following times only:

Monday, November 25 – 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Tuesday, November 26 – 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Wednesday, November 27 – 9 am – 1 pm and 5:30 – 7:30 pm
